Most church software is either a generic CRM stretched to fit ministry, or a giving tool with no real member management. Kingdom Vitals is different: one platform for membership, attendance, giving, events, finances (with bank reconciliation), welfare & benevolence, duty rosters, and volunteer coordination, plus AI-powered insights that flag what needs attention, from at-risk members to giving trends. Built for multi-branch churches and denominations, not just single congregations.
Kingdom Vitals started in a church office in Ghana, not a boardroom. My co-founder, Rev. Bright Mawuena Nfodzo, is a Senior Pastor with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana, and year after year he watched the same story play out: a growing congregation, and a growing pile of notebooks, spreadsheets, and group chats trying to hold it all together. Visitors were welcomed warmly, then quietly lost track of. Decisions about pastoral care were made from memory, not the full picture.
He brought the problem to me. As a developer, I didn't want to bolt church features onto a generic CRM. I wanted to build something from the ground up for how ministry actually works. That became Kingdom Vitals.
We built this so any church, regardless of size or budget, could have the same clarity and care that only the best-resourced ministries could once afford. Would love your feedback and questions!
