Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Holly, an Executive Assistant with 20+ years’ experience, and I built ChaseMate because I got fed up with carrying everyone else’s promises around in my head. As an EA, I was usually perfectly capable of managing my own tasks. The harder part was everything I was waiting on from other people — the figures someone promised, the approval that hadn’t arrived, the action someone took away from a meeting, or the thing I’d already chased twice but still wasn’t actually done. Most task managers are built around what I need to do. I wanted something built around what other people said they would do. So ChaseMate is designed around that follow-through: capture the commitment, record who owns it and when it’s due, see what’s overdue or needs chasing, and keep it open until it’s actually delivered. I’ve deliberately built it so you don’t need to connect your entire inbox or Teams account either. You choose what ChaseMate knows. This is the first version and I’m really interested in how other EAs, VAs and people who spend their lives chasing things currently manage their “Waiting On” workload.
