Solo founder here 👋 - second PH launch. I built Candit because AI has quietly changed interviews. A lot of candidates are now using an AI copilot live on the call - which isn't just unfair to recruiters, it's brutal for the candidates who actually prepared and didn't have one. Most notetakers also only work after the call - you wait, then get notes. Candit writes notes live, in real time, while the conversation is still happening. And while it does, it's also watching the transcript for signs of an AI copilot in the room 👻 - flagged live, not in a report the next day (game changer? 👀). How? Alongside a fallback heuristic approach (through reading the live transcript coming in), Candit pushes the live feed into reverse-engineered local versions of the most used 'stealth interview helpers' simultaneously and reports back with a matching response. These local versions are updated weekly. The heuristic approach is also in place as a fallback. You can also drop your own notes in mid-call and Candit folds them into the live collective summary (Granola-style), run /commands to score a candidate or ask questions without leaving the meeting, connect it to your ATS to score against the actual role, and it speaks MCP if you want to wire it into anything else.
