ComLayer: AI Support Platform

Hi Product Hunt 👋 We built ComLayer because customer support often becomes fragmented across chat widgets, help centers, inboxes, documents, and separate AI tools. ComLayer brings all of that into one support layer: a support widget, public help center, shared inbox, and AI agent working from the same company knowledge. The key idea is simple: the AI should only answer when it has reliable information. ComLayer replies strictly from the knowledge a company provides, shows the source behind every answer, and hands the conversation to a human when it cannot answer confidently. We also wanted privacy and control to be built in from the beginning. ComLayer processes and stores data inside the EU and does not use customer content to train AI models.
