Paste a product link and Overlume returns a post-ready, captioned 9:16 ad: it scrapes the page, writes the hook, renders every scene, choose your voice, and cuts the film. You approve each image and clip, and rerun one scene instead of the whole ad. Behind it sits a full Studio: over 54 image, video, and voice models on one balance, a live camera room, infinite canvas boards, a brand kit, and an AI assistant that operates the app with your approval. Plus an MCP server for Claude and Cursor.

Hey Product Hunters,
I kept hitting the same wall with AI ad tools: type a prompt, wait, get
back one long generated shot. If three seconds of it look wrong, there's
nothing to fix. You re-roll the whole thing and pay again. That's not
editing, it's a slot machine. You don't know how to start, you don't know
where to look to continue for working flows...
So Overlume builds an ad the way an editor does. Paste a product link and
it scrapes the page, writes the hook, casts a character wearing your logo
and colors, renders each scene as its own short clip, clones your voice
for the narration, and cuts a captioned 9:16 file. You see every image and
clip before it enters the film, and if one scene reads off you rerun that
scene, not the whole ad. Still developing more templates each week for people to use with ready-to-go prompts that are always adjustable to your own liking with your product inside of it.
That was the entire product for a while. What changed is that people kept
wanting the pieces on their own, so a studio grew around the pipeline:
- Studio: 54 image and video models on one balance (Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0,
Seedance 2.5, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2, FLUX.2, Ideogram v3...).
You pick per render, and new models land here as they ship.
- Assistant: a chat that actually operates the app, including running a
full ad end to end. It quotes the cost and waits for you to approve.
- Canvas: infinite boards for laying the work out.
- Brand kit, product library, share links, 1:1 and 16:9 exports.
- An MCP server, so Claude or Cursor can render on your account with a
personal token.
Free accounts get 300 to try the studio; paid plans start at $19 and carry the commercial license. As we are developing Overlu.me we are giving away a lot of credits to new users to give feedback and give their opinion and potential additions to the dashboard itself (considering myself generous :).
