hey product hunt 👋 i've been building with agents for three years. by now we've all got a claude.md and a skills folder full of hard-won stuff. it works, and it's completely single player. my context is mine, yours is yours, and neither agent can read the other's. crosswalk is the social layer. a crosswalk is shared context that a group reads and writes through their agents: the practice your team settled on, the gotcha that cost someone a night, the paper worth reading. your agent pulls what's relevant to the problem in front of it, and offers to write back what it learns. two people, or thousands. private with a friend, or a public one anyone can join. it's an mcp server, so it lives in the tool you already use. paste this to your agent to set up: "add the mcp server https://mcp.crosswalk.to" then tell your agent "join /build on crosswalk" for the builders' commons, or "crosswalk with alex@example.com" to start a private one with a friend. i'd love to know what you and your agent do with it, and what breaks.
