A master scheduler I know asked if we could build something that runs the industry-standard checks on Microsoft Project schedules, DCMA 14-point, float, and Monte Carlo, and also let him talk to an AI assistant in plain language instead of digging through it by hand. That's PathProof. Analysis runs entirely on your own machine. The AI Assistant is optional: drop in your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key and choose the model you want. Proud to have been part of this one. I've spent years (15+ years) running DCMA 14-point checks and risk analysis by hand (using layouts and excel templates) on schedules with thousands of lines it's slow, it's tedious, and it's easy to miss where the real risk is hiding. Being able to point PathProof at a schedule and get that same rigor back in seconds has genuinely changed how I work. Excited to see this in more schedulers' hands!
