UpSolve isn't an integration tool itself - it's a community where you post a problem (with whatever tools you use - Zendesk, Slack, internal systems), builders create working solutions for exactly that stack, and we verify the best one and deliver it to everyone who upvoted. If resolution times are the pain, post it - that's exactly what UpSolve is for!
