The golden ratio has been used by Greek sculptors, Renaissance painters, and modern surgeons alike to define facial harmony. Golden Ratio Face Analyzer measures six key facial ratios including face height, eye spacing, philtrum-to-nose length, and overall width and compares each to the mathematical ideal of φ (1.618). You get an overall harmony score, a letter grade, and a full ratio-by-ratio breakdown, all generated from a single uploaded photo in seconds, with no filters.

uploaded a photo and the ratio breakdown caught me off guard, especially the eye spacing one being so close to phi. nice to see no filters or editing tricks involved.

Cool concept and the no-filter approach is a nice touch. One thing that would make it way more useful is adding a side-profile mode so it can analyze jaw angle and nose projection too — the golden ratio stuff really shines when you can see the full third dimension, not just the front view.

Tried it with a plain selfie and the breakdown was surprisingly detailed, my eye spacing ratio was close to ideal but the philtrum one dragged my score down. Cool to see the math behind it.

The ratio breakdown was surprisingly detailed and the grade felt honest rather than flattering. Wish it showed how close you were to each ideal, not just the final number.

the no filters angle is a smart call, it gives the whole thing credibility instead of feeling like another gimmick app.
