Took it for a quick spin and the dispatch view stood out—everything felt close at hand without the usual clutter. Pricing is a bit fuzzy though, can't tell what I'd actually pay once the free trial ends.

Would love to see a quick photo-to-estimate feature where techs snap a picture of the issue and the app generates a rough job estimate based on similar past jobs. Would save a ton of time on site visits.
