Saw it flag a renewal that was quietly slipping and the reasoning actually matched what I knew about the account, not just generic churn risk. The drafted next step was solid enough that I only had to tweak one line.
One thing that would make this a no-brainer for me is letting Buddy proactively reach out to the customer directly in my voice on channels like Slack or email after I approve the draft, instead of just handing me the message to copy and paste.
One thing I'd love is a way to tag customer feedback themes across accounts so Buddy can spot patterns like churn risks tied to a specific feature, not just individual account health. Would make the proactive alerts even sharper.
