honestly this looks pretty slick, the 5 minute setup is really appealing. one thing though, can you add a way to flag or correct answers it gets wrong. like a simple thumbs down or edit button in the chat that feeds back into the model, so it actually learns from mistakes over time instead of repeating them
One thing I'd love is a way to see which questions customers are asking the bot so I can update product pages to address the gaps. That feedback loop would make Sykafy way more useful over time.
