PersonaIQ: Find out where users get confused — before they leave

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Luc, solo dev. I built PersonaIQ because I needed it myself. I run a few other apps, and every time I shipped something I'd ask the same question every founder asks: why aren't people converting? The honest answer is usually "I don't know" — and the tools to find out cost $500+ and take days to set up a study and recruit real testers. So I built PersonaIQ to do it instead: it spins up AI personas (skeptical buyer, impatient founder, confused first-timer, etc.), has them actually navigate your site using Claude's vision API + Playwright, and gives you a friction report — where they got stuck, what they thought at each step, screenshots, the works. Results in under 10 minutes for $49, not $500 and a week. I ran it against my own app, CodeDecipher, as a real test. It caught things I'd genuinely missed. It's early. No big case studies yet, no funding, just me building in public.
