It's unrealistic to expect any human advisor to know every detail of every policy across the entire market. AI changes that. An AI advisor can analyze policy documents in seconds, understand the fine print across multiple carriers, continuously learn as products evolve, and help millions of consumers simultaneously. We believe that's one of the biggest opportunities AI brings to financial services. We also believe there's another major problem: millions of Americans are paying more for insurance than they need to or carrying coverage that doesn't truly fit their needs. That costs consumers billions of dollars every year.
