Hey Product Hunt 👋 — I'm Josh and I built Nudgile.

The itch: too many retros end with a wall of sticky notes and the same problem quietly coming back next sprint.

One retro is venting. Six retros is signal — and no one in the room can see across that history.

So I built a retro tool around two ideas:

1️⃣ Retrospectives should get smarter over time. Nudgile uses AI to surface trends, sentiment, recurring themes, and insights across multiple retros — not just the one you're running today.

2️⃣ AI should participate in your workflow, not live in a separate window. That's why Nudgile includes a first-class MCP server and CLI, allowing Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI agents to read from and write to the same retrospective boards as your team.

I've been the sole developer building Nudgile from the ground up. While the core experience is ready for teams to use, I'm intentionally launching early because I want feedback from real users rather than building in isolation.
