Did I grind too fine? iCoffee started as a simple brew journal my co-founder and I built for ourselves. Then it grew: AI label scanning (because typing bean details from a bag is misery), guided brewing for 20+ methods, and an AI barista that knows everything about your gear and taste history. We launched on Android first, learned a lot from early users, rebuilt the parts that weren't good enough, and this month we finally shipped iOS, which is why we're here today.
