ArchPilot helps engineering teams prevent architecture drift by making architecture executable. Define architecture as code, validate module boundaries and dependencies in VS Code and CI, enforce ADR and governance policies, detect drift, and track architecture posture across repositories in ArchPilot Cloud. Built for teams adopting AI-assisted development who need architecture guardrails that stay enforceable as systems evolve.

We built ArchPilot after seeing the same problem repeatedly: architecture decisions were documented, but rarely enforced.
As teams grew and AI-assisted development accelerated, architecture drift became easier to introduce and harder to detect. Module boundaries blurred, dependency rules were bypassed, and governance often became a manual review exercise.
ArchPilot takes a different approach by making architecture executable.
Teams can define architecture as code, validate dependencies and boundaries directly in VS Code and CI, detect drift early, and publish governance snapshots to ArchPilot Cloud for visibility across repositories.
The goal is simple: keep architecture visible, enforceable, and continuously validated throughout the development lifecycle.
I'd love feedback from architects, platform engineers, engineering leaders, and developers. What architecture governance challenges are you currently facing?
