anny AI turns customer calls into confirmed bookings. It answers questions, checks live availability, collects the right details, and books directly in anny. Unlike generic voice bots or calendar schedulers, it supports complex real-world flows for services, spaces, activities, events, and courses — including multiple locations, dynamic prices, add-ons, direct bookings, and payment links via SMS or WhatsApp. It's natively built in, without complex setup.

How do you handle edge cases like reschedules, partial deposits, or add ons changing the price mid call?
@naimz Great question.
We handle this through a cart-based booking flow. During the call, anny AI can add bookings, change details, add extras, and update the price before the booking is finalized.
For rescheduling or cancellations, the customer can call again later. anny AI recognizes who they are, understands the context from previous conversations, and can help modify or cancel the existing booking.
Payments depend on the setup: if on-site payment is allowed, the booking can be completed fully during the call. If upfront payment is required, anny AI sends a WhatsApp checkout link with everything preconfigured, so the customer can finish payment quickly.
Partial deposits are not supported at the moment, but the other flows are already covered - but will be in the future.
Presentation Mode for Notion
I really know the struggle of booking rooms last minute. Needing to switch to a different room on short notice because of more guests, a format change, or unexpected issues like construction noise or screen problems. I usually just call room management directly, but of course, whenever you need someone, they're busy. Having an AI handle this call makes total sense. 👏

It’s often not just “book room A at time B,” but more like: we have more guests now, need a different setup, the screen has issues, construction noise started, what are the alternatives right now? That’s exactly the type of real-world booking flow we want anny AI to handle.
