AlphaTales helps founders and product teams turn rough product ideas into structured requirements, market research, workflows, feature specs, architecture, and Dev Packs for AI coding tools. Instead of prompting Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex from scattered notes, AlphaTales creates the planning context first, so builders can move from idea to implementation with more clarity and less rework.

Launch Team / Built With

I am Libin, founder of AlphaTales. I built AlphaTales after seeing the same problem repeatedly while working with AI coding tools: building is getting faster, but the planning layer has not caught up.
A rough idea is often enough to start generating code, but not enough to build the right product. The missing details usually show up later as rework: unclear scope, missed edge cases, weak feature definitions, or architecture decisions that were never properly thought through.
AlphaTales helps solve that before coding starts. It takes a rough product idea and guides it into a structured plan, including project breakdown, market research, workflows, feature specifications, architecture, and a Dev Pack that gives AI coding tools clearer context to work from.
We are launching AlphaTales today and would love for you to try it.
If you are a founder, indie builder, product person, or anyone building software with AI, I’d really value your feedback on where the workflow helps, where it feels too heavy, and what would make it more useful for your build process.

Does AlphaTales generate diagrams too, like simple system or data flow diagrams, or is it mostly text docs?
@thamibenjelloun : Yes, AlphaTales does generate some diagrams in v1. We generate application workflow diagrams for primary and secondary flows, plus a high-level system architecture diagram.
The main focus is still build-ready context: requirements, workflows, features, architecture, PRD, and Dev Pack outputs that are easy for humans to review and useful for AI coding agents to work from.
More detailed architecture diagrams and documentation are coming, but we want them to stay practical for AI agentic workflows at this stage.
