Most ingredient lists are filled with scientific names, additives, sweeteners, and nutrition data that's difficult to interpret. Even when the information is technically available, understanding it takes time and knowledge that most consumers don't have. That's why I built LabelLens. Upload a food label, and LabelLens analyzes the ingredients, detects additives and sweeteners, evaluates nutrition information, and generates a simple health score with explanations you can actually understand. One thing I focused on while building was transparency. Instead of giving a score and expecting users to trust it, LabelLens shows what influenced the score and highlights ingredients that deserve attention.
