I use ReplayDoc for three things every week. - Client onboarding docs for the team members joining the apps we shipped. - Workflow context I feed Claude Code when I'm building new features. - SOPs my AI agents can actually execute, not just vague text instructions. Same input every time: a screen recording. ReplayDoc turns it into a Flow: numbered steps, auto-captured screenshots, annotation overlays. Export as Markdown, PDF, or AI Agent SOP.

Another one from this week, since it shows the two-export thing well.
Had to get the same Notion sprint board into two new teammates' heads. One's my co-founder. The other's an AI agent on Claude Code.
So I recorded the board walkthrough once and exported it twice. A PDF for my co-founder, who reads it like any guide. And an AI Agent SOP (steps plus a JSON file) for the agent, which my teammate dropped into Claude Code so it could start pulling tickets and running its own QA on the board.
Same recording. One a person reads, one an agent runs. Still kind of fun to watch that work.
We're officially live on PH today. AMA.
