The 6x price difference on the same active ingredient is a perfect example of why your metric matters. Expanding to Mexico and the EU with this same transparent approach should resonate, especially since gym enthusiasts across those markets are probably making the same overpaying mistakes.

The 6x figure was the part that surprised me first too. The active ingredient (amino acid profile) is functionally equivalent across products in that range. Almost the entire price spread is brand premium, packaging and shelf positioning.
Spain validation first because that's where I live and can verify bottles physically. The plan is Mexico next (similar gym culture, mature e-commerce, MyProtein already has a local store, Amazon MX exists), with EU after that — per-country regulation and logistics in the EU is heavier than a single LATAM market, so LATAM gets priority in sequencing.
Threshold to start the next market: 300 €/month sustained in commissions. Right now I'm at ~11 € accumulated total, so there's a long road. Building distribution channels (TikTok, organic SEO, Featured.com pitches) in parallel while the funnel matures.
