I'm Durgesh, founder of Terramedici LifeSciences. I built BioMedli because I had a folder of 40+ lab PDFs going back six years, and a Notes app full of supplements I was running, with zero ability to answer the only question that mattered. Is any of this actually working?
That's the real problem. People who care about their health have more data than ever. Bloodwork, wearables, supplement stacks, prescribed medications. None of it talks to each other. Doctors look at one lab report at a time. The supplement bottle on your counter has no idea what your last lipid panel said.
What BioMedli does:
Lab reports. Upload any blood test PDF. We parse every biomarker, normalize units across labs, and build a structured timeline going back as far as your reports go.
Protocols and medications. Log every supplement, prescription, fasting block, sleep change, or training shift. BioMedli correlates each one against the biomarkers it should move, and tells you whether it actually did. We call this the Confidence Score. Five factors that tell you how strong the signal is between what you took and what changed.
AI grounded in your data. Plain English explanations of what's happening in your body, generated from your biomarkers and your protocols. Not generic internet advice.
Coming soon: Genetic intelligence. Upload your raw genome file (23andMe, AncestryDNA, MapMyGenome) and we'll cross-reference a curated SNP panel against your biomarker trends. Your genes explain why your numbers move the way they do.
On security and privacy:
This is the most sensitive data category that exists, so the architecture treats it that way.
Data isolation. Every user's data sits behind Postgres Row-Level Security. No user can query another user's data, ever. Enforced at the database layer.
Encryption. All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). PDF uploads sit in isolated storage with per-user access scoping.
No ads. No data brokers. No third-party trackers. We don't sell or share health data. The business model is subscription. You're the customer, not the product.
Compliance. Built to DPDP 2023 standards for India and GDPR standards for international users. Full data export and deletion available on request.
AI processing. Your data is sent to the AI layer for analysis only when you ask for it. Not used for model training.
