We saw a lot of doctors and hospitals, and over time I ended up with stacks of paper reports, CDs of X-rays, lab PDFs scattered across email and WhatsApp, and a head full of context no doctor had time to sit through. Every new appointment started the same way — explaining everything from the beginning. I never knew what to bring, or how to hand it over so the doctor could actually use it. Then friends started telling me, "travel — there are better doctors abroad." I wanted to. But I kept getting stuck on the same question: how would I even share his history? Nothing was organized. Nothing was readable. Just a pile. So one weekend I built a small private website just for my father's case — his records, his timeline, all in one place. I sent the link to a doctor abroad. He read it before our call. We didn't have to travel. That was the moment Halaty started.
