Jetti is the recurring revenue intelligence platform for small and growing businesses- gyms, studios, clubs, and subscription services. It spots what changed, who needs attention, and why it matters, so you reach out at the right time and turn check-ins into retention and growth.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Nathan. I've spent my career supporting GTM teams across SaaS, ad tech, and aerospace, I kept seeing the same gap - the people closest to the customer never had the numbers they needed to make thoughtful decisions.
The Challenge: That gap was even wider as we met with small service businesses, where the owner is also the analyst, the closer, and instructor.
Where we can help: What if you could outsource the back-office tasks to a team that was always at your fingertips...drumroll for your best hire.....sidebar pets...Blu 🦴
Jetti is the recurring revenue intelligence for small and growing businesses — gyms, studios, salons, clubs and more. It tells you what changed, who to check in with, and why they’re worth your time.
The math is a patent-pending deterministic model. We use AI last, only when it actually helps drafting a note, sharpening a message you'd already send. Names are masked before any of it runs.
Contextually aware of your business and provides better insights as he learns more about it!
The longer you use it - the better it gets. The hard work and results you put into your business, positively (or even negatively) influence the model's accuracy over time - every business has their own unique set of challenges.
We're candidly still early and that's the part we love - the people we're building for are the ones we want to hear from most as we continue to refine and get better.
If you run a membership/ subscription business - we'd love to hear your wishlists, feedback, or even learn about the problems you face!
Feel free to get in touch anytime & appreciate your support,
-Nathan
@nathan_woo "AI last, deterministic model first" positioning is very refreshing nowadays, a big contrast to most AI-first tools.
So what's the biggest thing your patent-pending model catches that a standard subscription analytics dashboard would completely miss?
Thanks @kastelicjakob and glad to meet others feel the same! To your question -
Dashboards are rear-view: they only show events after they've already happened.
We focus on the active roster - the customers likely to leave soon - "here's who you should check-in with this month".
The deterministic model serves a few purposes here -
It's plain math, so it's repeatable - same answer every time the data hasn't changed. (unlike pure agentic workflows)
It watches their behavior at the individual level for the signs that come before a cancel. When those signs stack up, we add them to the work list. (dashboards typically show totals/ aggregates)
The AI component doesn't decide who. It just writes the why and what to say once the deterministic layer has named them - acts as our translation bridge to the end user.
@nathan_woo @kastelicjakob
Chiming in and adding another perspective as well - Jetti's user experience is built so that small business owners can focus more acting on their decisions (the human component) so their business generates outcomes (while we do the math, theory, and verified strategy for them like a team/function would in larger organization around numbers and high level strategy)
Think of an analyst + customer rep + closer for local business owners like yoga teachers and or anyone who has a recurring revenue model (membership business model) who might not have the skills and insights that many large corporations like Google has that grow their businesses sustainably.
Part of our vision is to democratize this knowledge for up and coming businesses out there so they are empower to grow their craft and build sustainable businesses over time.
