Michael here, founder. quick story on why this exists:

late 2024 my buddy was sending 100+ applications a week and
getting almost no replies. dude is sharp, fully qualified,
seven years in tech. his resume was this gorgeous Canva
template, looked great, very designy.

problem: it exported as an image PDF. ATS couldn't read a
single word. all 100 applications: auto-rejected before any
human saw them.

I told him to just use ChatGPT to rewrite it cleanly. he did.
and his ATS score actually got WORSE. turned out ChatGPT was
swapping out the exact phrases the job posting was scanning
for ("project management" became "spearheaded multi-stakeholder
initiatives"; sounds great, scores zero).

so I started obsessing over what specialized ATS optimization
