Wingman City Guide turns your saved Instagram Reels and TikToks into real travel plans. Just share a video, and AI detects locations, builds a personalized itinerary, and guides you with 650+ audio tours across 155+ cities for free.
Hey Product Hunt! We’re excited to share Wingman with you today ✈️
We built Wingman for people who constantly save amazing places from Instagram Reels and TikToks, but then never quite turn that inspiration into a real trip.
Our team started Wingman in Budapest with a simple idea: travel planning should feel as easy as discovering places on social media, but much more thoughtful once you arrive.
With Wingman, you can:
import a Reel or TikTok with one tap
let AI detect locations and build a realistic 1–7 day itinerary
explore cities through 650+ in-app audio tours
edit plans with friends and save itineraries from the Wingram community
We’re especially building this for travelers who want to explore at a slower pace — with more walking, more local stories, and fewer tourist traps.
A big part of our mission is making travel feel more human, mindful, and collaborative. That’s why Wingman is not just a planner, but also a city guide and social travel hub.
We’d love feedback on things like:
Would social import actually change how you plan trips?
Which part feels most valuable: AI itineraries, audio tours, or collaborative planning?
What would make Wingman a must-have app before your next trip?
Thanks so much for checking us out — we’ll be here all day and would love to hear what you think 💙
I can also turn this into a more founder-personal version or a more high-conversion Product Hunt style version. We're focused on that.

I love this app because it saves me a lot of time when planning my trips, and the audio guide provides just the right amount of interesting information without being too long or boring. In addition to the must-see attractions, it has already led me to many lesser-known but interesting places.
Thanks a lot, @eszter_virt, this means a lot to us! One of our biggest goals was to make trip planning faster and more enjoyable, while also helping people discover places beyond the usual tourist checklist. Hearing that the audio guide felt useful and easy to listen to is amazing feedback for us. Really appreciate you sharing your experience.
@eszter_virt Thank you very much. We are very happy with your experience. During the development, we paid great attention to introducing places that are less well-known and therefore classic secret treasure :)
Proud to be part of the team behind this launch! 🚀
Seeing how many people save incredible places on Instagram and TikTok but never turn them into real trips was a huge motivation and "ahaa moment" for us while building this.
Turning that inspiration into an actual, realistic itinerary with just a shared video still feels a bit magical.
Watching users go from “I saw this cool spot online” to “I’m actually standing here now” has been incredibly rewarding.
We’re genuinely curious to hear how people would use this in real life: especially whether importing social videos would change how you normally plan trips, and which part feels the most valuable once you try it.
Really grateful for everyone checking us out today and sharing feedback.
@gabor_e Thanks so much, and huge shoutout for being part of this journey from the very beginning That exact “saved it but never actually went” problem was one of the biggest motivations for us too. It’s been amazing to see that moment when online inspiration turns into a real, doable trip. Really appreciate you sharing this and helping us bring the idea to life...
@gabor_e thank you so much your contribution :) Excited to see how people use this in practice especially for spontaneous trips and discovering places they might never have found otherwise.
We started Wingman because planning trips kept feeling harder in this big "digital noise" than it should be.
What looks simple in the app took a lot to get right. We spent a huge amount of time shaping the UI/UX so it actually works when you’re on the move, not just when you’re sitting at home planning.
The same goes for the content, we’ve been picky about what goes in, focusing on things travelers genuinely rely on, not just what fills space.
It’s been a hands-on effort from a small team that really cares about travel. A lot of listening, testing, reworking, and paying attention to the details that usually get missed.
