Hey everyone! Luke here, co-founder of Superinsight.
Superinsight came from something pretty personal for both of us.
I’m a military veteran, and after being injured in a suicide bomb attack in Iraq, I had to navigate the VA disability system. A big part of that process was medical record review, and it was slow, fragmented, and incredibly difficult to work through. It became clear how much delays in reviewing records can impact people who are just trying to get the support they deserve.
My co-founder Nelson had a different but related experience. After a near-death incident that left him in the ICU for weeks, he was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of medical documentation that followed. Organizing everything for recovery, claims, and care was its own challenge.
We realized this wasn’t just our problem. It’s something that shows up everywhere: disability claims, personal injury cases, medical evaluations. The common thread is that critical information is buried in records, and it takes hours to piece together.
So we built Superinsight to change that.
Our goal is simple: help turn complex medical records into clear, structured timelines so attorneys and medical professionals can spend less time digging and more time actually understanding and acting on cases.
