The goal was simple: • pick a motion • upload a photo • get a result that actually feels alive Instead of forcing real-time generation, I designed it more like a render: you start it, close the app, and come back when it’s ready. This allowed me to push for better quality while keeping the experience simple. You can also bring your own dance clip and reuse its motion, which opens up a lot of creative use cases.
