Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built TehProf Support because our IT team was drowning in WhatsApp messages from clients. We needed a proper helpdesk that also talks to Bitrix24 CRM. Then MCP came along — and I thought: what if any AI could directly manage support tickets? So I built a full MCP server on top of the helpdesk. Now Claude or GPT can create tickets, search knowledge base, check SLA, and pull analytics — all via natural language. 28 tools across 5 tiers. Free tier needs zero auth.
