I kept rebuilding the same setup on every new server. Install Claude Code, find a web UI, get Chromium working in Docker (which always takes longer than you think), debug permission issues, wire up process management. Two hours minimum. So I built a container that does all of it. Then I ran it on my own server for weeks and fixed every problem that came up. The Chromium shm crash, the installer hanging on root-owned directories, SQLite locking on NAS mounts, UID mismatches breaking bind mounts.
