Hey PH! I'm Dave, founder of Commission Wizard. I built this after watching an insurance agency in Florida spend 3 full days every month comparing carrier commission statements against their management system — line by line, in spreadsheets. 20 carriers, hundreds of policies each, all in different formats. The core insight: if the AI learns that a column called "Pol #" means policy number in one carrier's file, it means the same thing in every other carrier's file.
