Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Opero because I lived the problem. As a freelancer, I was drowning in tabs — one tool for projects, another for invoices, spreadsheets for tracking revenue, and sticky notes for weekly planning. Every Monday felt like I was rebuilding my workflow from scratch. The turning point was when I wondered how freelancer or small scale companies who cant afford costly Saas Track projects from pitch to payment. That's when I decided to build the tool I wished existed. Opero started as a simple project tracker, but it evolved as I kept asking "what else do I open a separate app for?" Sprint planning, AI quotations, expense tracking, subscription management — they all made it in. The AI features came naturally. I was spending 30+ minutes every Monday manually planning my week across multiple projects. Now Gemini handles that in seconds — factoring in deadlines, priorities, and how many hours I actually have available. The quotation workflow is probably what I'm most proud of. Paste a client's requirements, AI parses them into structured specs, then generate a professional PDF quotation from that — what used to take me half a day now takes minutes.
