Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Derrick, founder of Kallglot.
I built this because I live the problem daily. As an English speaker in Spain, when my bank or delivery service calls, they speak Spanish. I don't. They either hang up or send a text I have to paste into Google Translate. I've missed deliveries and appointments because of it.
Then I looked at it from the business side. A real estate agency in Costa del Sol losing British expat clients. A German ISP struggling with Turkish speaking customers. Real money walking out the door because of language.
The problem: hiring multilingual staff costs $50-70K/year per person. Most small businesses can't afford it. So they just... lose the sale or ignore existing customers' calls.
I thought: what if the call itself just worked?
Kallglot makes it work. True bidirectional translation:
→ Your agent speaks their native language
→ Customer speaks their language
→ Both hear each other translated instantly
→ Under 2.5 seconds (feels like a normal conversation)
It's not "press 1 for translation." It's fluid. Language just disappears as a barrier.
When your team is offline or based on your organisation's settings, our AI voice agent takes over. Answers calls, books appointments, and creates tickets and appointments. 24/7 in 50+ languages.
Questions I'd love your input on:
1. What's your biggest pain point with international customers?
2. Which industries should we prioritise?
Happy to answer all questions. Thank you.
