Fersonal creates workout programs built around your life - your goals, your equipment, your schedule. No generic plans. Just personalized training that adapts as you progress.

Project 5 years in making, this is the 6th or 7th version, stopped counting since it was on/off project.
Went from B2C app (workout builder) -> B2B app (create workouts remotely, for coaches to connect with their clients, but got 0 investment, and would require way too much money for me, to fully develop the system i imagined) -> B2C (use AI instead of fitness coaches to create your workouts, later we can include them and maybe realize the B2B idea, if there will be a demand).
What I kept coming back to was simple: I just wanted a training app that worked for me. My equipment (and use it as efficiently as possible), my schedule (or at least when to rest, when to workout), my current "fitness level". Everything out there was either a generic plan that never changes or just increases reps/weight, or a human coach I couldn't afford.
I just built this for myself, shaped along the way by a handful of friends and brought to the finish line together with my best friend. I hope it turns out to be useful for others too.
Fersonal generates your workout program based on who you are, then adapts it after every session based on how you actually performed and your history. You do a check-in before you train, so if you're tired, maybe you don't have your usual equipment with you, or you are sore, Fersonal adjusts. Probably nothing revolutionary as a concept, but tried to just do it properly.
It has taken so long, to be finally here. I hope you will find it useful. I know that it isn't for everyone and that is ok, for now this is built around my needs, and we'll expand on that later, since I have a lot of ideas in what direction we can go and we'll listen to the community in what direction they would like it to go, but for now this is where we are.
