But as I built the platform using Gemini 3 Flash and Lovable, I realized that "finding" a trial isn't the biggest hurdle understanding it is. This led to our current focus: Clinical Reasoning. We’ve moved beyond keywords to ICD-10 mapping and an AI Patient Advocate that deciphers complex criteria into plain language. Our goal is to provide a "Doctor-Ready" report so patients can walk into their next appointment empowered and prepared. We are starting with oncology, but the vision is to expand this clarity to every corner of the medical world. This is the assistant I wish my family had during our "medical maze."
