I built ProWorkBench after noticing a growing problem with AI agents:
They either can’t actually execute real work, or they execute too much without control.
ProWorkBench takes a different approach — governed autonomy.
Instead of silent execution:

• you explicitly invoke execution
This keeps automation powerful while still safe and understandable.
It runs locally, supports both local and API models, and is designed to become an extensible AI work platform rather than another chat interface.
