Hey Product Hunt 👋 SCRUBgpt was born out of a simple conviction: AI should not just empower developers and tech founders. It should empower the people who actually keep the world running. I operate in the service business space — cleaning, janitorial, plumbing, electrical, HVAC. What I saw repeatedly was this: Most technology is not designed for operators in these industries. Plumbers, electricians, janitors, roofers — they do intense physical work all day. By the time they’re done, they don’t have the bandwidth to: • Find new leads • Post branded content • Draft estimates and contracts • Follow up consistently • Shop for discounted supplies • Optimize pricing • Manage cash flow So they stay stuck in hustle mode. Busy — but not scaling. The real problem isn’t lack of demand. It’s lack of infrastructure. When we started building SCRUBgpt, our focus was not “cool AI features.” We focused on: • Pipeline visibility • Structured workflows • Margin protection • Operational automation In other words — compressing friction. Instead of building a generic chatbot, we built an AI operating system designed specifically for non-technical service operators. AI that works for people who don’t have time to learn AI. We’ve applied this internally in our own service operations and seen meaningful margin expansion — not by working more, but by reducing chaos. That’s the core philosophy behind SCRUBgpt.
