I built Extimator because I was tired of using heavy tools like Jira just to create a proposal. Most estimation tools are either too simple or too complex. I wanted something that feels like a spreadsheet but has real structure behind it. The key idea is simple: manual estimation is always free. AI is free if you bring your own API key.
