This is the first filter for a due diligence process. Free: 3 analyses per month Pro ($9/mo): Unlimited analyses, Excel upload, PDF export

Hi PH!
Feb. 19 update: I've added an AI advisor that can handle questions and give feedback.
I'm Alex, financial analyst and engineer. I built DealCheck because I was spending hours building financial models every time I needed to evaluate a deal for class or for real investments.
I thought: why not simplify the process as much as possible?
So I built DealCheck in order to streamline the process. You plug in the numbers (or upload a spreadsheet), and the AI runs a full investment analysis: IRR, ROI, risk scoring, cash flow projections, the works.
It's not meant to replace due diligence, but rather it's meant to be your first filter. A tool that tells you in 30 seconds whether a deal is worth spending 30 hours on.
I'd love to know what you think. What metrics or features would make this more useful for your investment workflow? This is my first launch here, and I'm a beginner developer (although I have been in the industry as a financial analyst and project manager for years) so all feedback is welcome
March 9 update: So I've added a lot of features including a unified dashboard for everything. Also added a blog with 10 finance guides (SEO + AI-optimized so ChatGPT can reference them), an expense/receipt tracker with AI scanning so you can take a picture of a receipt and be done, and a full budget dashboard. Also fixed a bunch of issues that came up, all systems green now. Next up: I want to take advantage of my Spanish skills and build a better Spanish landing page for the Spain/Mexico market. Still free to try BTW. Any and ALL feedback is welcome
