Jordan Potti

Hey everyone! I'm Jordan, the maker of ManagerNudge. I became a manager a few years ago, and honestly? I was terrible at the little things. I'd finish a 1:1 and forget to follow up. I'd notice someone did great work and never tell them. Weeks would go by before I realized I hadn't checked in on a teammate who was struggling. I kept telling myself I'd get better at it. I tried Notion docs, reminders, todo apps. Nothing stuck. So I built ManagerNudge — originally just for myself. An AI coach that actually knows my team and emails me every morning with exactly what to do that day. "Check in with Alex about the migration." "Recognize Maria for that presentation." "Follow up with your manager on Q1 goals." I've been using it for months now, and I finally feel organized as a manager. I know what each person on my team is working toward. I don't forget the little things anymore. I'm actually building the team culture I want instead of letting it happen by accident. I built this for myself, but I think a lot of new managers are struggling with the same things. Would love your feedback!
