MEDF was built around a simple idea: Text should be verifiable, but presentation should remain flexible. Once published, MEDF text blocks are immutable and hashable. How they are rendered, indexed, or reused is intentionally left open. This project does not try to decide what is true, official, or trustworthy. It only helps you detect whether text has changed. Feedback from developers, researchers, and document-heavy domains is very welcome.
