I'm Nigel β€” a senior data engineer in the day and apparently a reluctant property negotiator some days also. I recently went through a very protracted house negotiation, and when it came time to look at alternative properties, it became a complete minefield. Every listing site presents information differently. Trying to extract like-for-like comparables across Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket was chaos. Where do you even start with negotiations when you can't easily compare what's out there? So I did what any engineer would do β€” I built a tool to do it for me. Move Smart AI lets you paste in property URLs from any listing site, pulls out the key details, and gives you a clean side-by-side comparison. No more flipping between tabs and scribbling on the back of an envelope. Then I thought β€” why stop at comparison? If you're actually going to make an offer, the tool should help with that too. So I extended it to suggest a smart starting offer based on your buying position (first-time buyer, chain-free, investor, etc.) and where the property sits in the market (price reductions, time listed, local comparables). It's early days and I'm actively building it out, so I'd genuinely love feedback β€” especially if you've been through the UK property buying process and know the pain. But this site can deal with almost any property / real estate listing worldwide as long as the specific details available. What would make this more useful to you? I would love to hear your feedback.
