We saw the people we care about, fathers, uncles, and friends in the trades, struggling with the weight of running a business. While the tools on the truck have evolved, the tools in the office have stayed stagnant. Most "modern" software feels like a relic from 2015: slow, complex, expensive, and disconnected from the reality of the job site. Tradecraft wasn't dreamed up in a Silicon Valley boardroom. It was born from a lifetime spent around contractors, plumbers, and electricians. Growing up, we worked alongside family in the trades, seeing firsthand the grit it takes to build a business and the frustration of being buried by paperwork, messy spreadsheets, and outdated tech. Ultimately, we traded the toolbelt for software development to bridge that gap. We are building the digital infrastructure that empowers the next generation of trade professionals to scale into the future.
