I use ChatGPT and Claude all day. Long chats became impossible to navigate. I built a small Chrome extension that collapses chats into sections so I can scroll less. Sharing in case it helps others.

i was tired of endlessly scrolling long AI chats and losing context every time
so i built chatstack
it collapses AI chats into simple sections so you can expand only what you need and scroll less
after a few long sessions with chatgpt, claude and others, it just felt broken once the conversation got big. i didn’t want summaries or more AI. i just wanted structure!
it runs fully locally. no tracking. no accounts.
just a small ux fix that made my daily workflow calmer
