I’m Anubhaw Mathur, the maker behind AITechRoles!

I spent the last year building AITechRoles because I was frustrated with the noise in the AI/ML job market. Engineers receive "Job Match" emails for roles they are very overqualified for or very underqualified for, with good matches being quite rare. Job descriptions don't seem to be accurate compared to the amount experience they are looking for. Employers get buried under thousands of resumes, most of which are submitted by bots or people who are unqualified.

AITechRoles is my answer to this. Some of the features include:

  • Tailored Resume Generation: Candidates can generate resumes that speak the language of the specific AI role they are applying for, while keeping all candidate information factual. The generated resumes also smartly modify the font size, margins, and spacing based on the candidate's profile information to fit the resume to 1 page, which is usually preferred in the tech industry.

  • AI Insights Panel: Every job listing includes a quick AI summary, helping you understand the real requirements in seconds without reading 1,000 words of boilerplate.

  • Zero-Noise for Employers: The most qualified candidates are highlighted, reducing the time spent on sifting, and focusing on hiring.

  • Applicant Tracking for Employers: Employers can see job posting statistics and are provided a dashboard with summarized applicant information along with their resume and answers to any screening questions.

These are a few of the features, and I'm just getting started! I have a massive roadmap, including high-accuracy job recommendations, advanced candidate screening tools, agentic capabilities, and more!
