Hey Product Hunt! I’m Marcus from Rivra. I’ve spent the last 18+ years as a developer and architect in the SF Bay Area. I’ve been part of teams building giant enterprise solutions where precision wasn't just a feature - it was a matter of survival. For me, that friction started with the "Digital Shoebox." My "Downloads" folder had become a cemetery of Amazon invoices, SaaS subscriptions, and PDF receipts. Even as an engineer, I was handling this manually. It felt like a waste of momentum. My Philosophy: Big Tech Rigor, Developer Simplicity. I wanted to take the core principles I learned in the Valley—security, precision, and architectural integrity, and apply them to the small, "boring" problems we face every day. By writing highly efficient code and keeping overhead low, I can offer a professional-grade tool at an affordable price. To me, this is the ultimate virtuous cycle: lean engineering leads to lower costs, which allows me to provide a high-quality service at a price that actually makes sense for solo builders. SnapKeep is the first step in this mission. I’ve stripped away every unnecessary feature. Why? Because during tax season, you don’t need a complex suite, and you need your time back. Whether it's for tax prep or just keeping your digital life organized, I wanted to build something that provides maximum value with minimum effort. A tool is meaningless if it doesn't solve the actual pain point. I’m not claiming to fix every financial hurdle today, but I am committed to making this one specific workflow invisible.
