I was a cofounder for a health tech company and they were selling products in shopify, I managed and wanted an AI chatbot that has a very good UX, have more features like showing a proper product rather than giving me a list and the agentic approach to actually add to cart when needed.
There was no chat app that provided me that in a most easiest way possible as I wanted. So I built the app, There are obviously many things left out right now but the core features as I wanted the experience is live and working with proper analytics so that merchants can actually see how the chat is helping them avoiding human in the loop interactions because the agent is trained to get orders in a very synchronised way asking questions about the purchase and then giving them the info about where the product is according to the current order status, all realtime.
It gives your buyer the clarity they need when they come to your website just like a professional sales agent that you have in a physical store.
