Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built ChiroScribe after watching a chiropractor friend spend 2 hours every night typing up patient notes. He'd see 30+ patients a day, then go home and document everything from memory. It was brutal. The solution seemed obvious: just talk. Chiropractors already verbalize their findings during adjustments — why not capture that? So I built it. Record a patient visit, get a formatted SOAP note in 30 seconds. The Apple Watch app was a game-changer — chiropractors can tap their wrist between patients instead of pulling out their phone. Notes are basically done before they leave the office. Most notes are done before the next patient walks in I'd love your feedback, especially if you work in healthcare or know someone drowning in documentation.
