Hi Product Hunt! 👋

I’m Sab, founder of Handle.

Most of us have a "regular" hair stylist or barber. We love their work, but we often don't see the chaos behind the scenes. In 2026, it’s still common to see a world-class stylist put down their shears, wash their hands, and rush to answer a ringing phone - just to book a simple trim.

Legacy systems like Zenoti and Mindbody were built for the desktop era. They are "digital filing cabinets" - heavy, clunky, and they don't actually do the work.

We built Handle to be the first AI-first Operating System for salons. We aren't just a booking link; we are the "AI Front Desk" that:

Talks to clients: Our AI handles bookings and questions via SMS/Voice so the phone never rings during a service.

Fills the "Gaps": It intelligently identifies 15-30 minute processing gaps to squeeze in high-margin "quick" services.

Bridges the Mobile Gap: It’s built for the stylist’s pocket, & not the manager’s office.

Why we’re here today: The PH community has a sharp eye for "Vertical SaaS." We’re looking for your feedback on our AI scheduling logic and our "zero-training" UI.

PH Special: PH offer: 6 months free for 20 salons, plus migration.

Feedback request: if you can share (1) your salon booking app (if you've one), (2) your biggest scheduling pain, or (3) whether SMS or phone matters more for bookings.

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts and answer any questions!

@sabit_ali This is a sharp take on vertical SaaS. You are not just digitizing workflows. You are actually removing interruptions from the service itself.

The AI front desk concept makes a lot of sense. Stylists should be focused on clients, not phones. Filling short processing gaps is a smart revenue lever that most systems ignore.

Mobile-first and zero-training are the right bets here. Tools like this win when they quietly reduce chaos. While building @Curatora , I have seen how much value comes from systems that do the work instead of just storing it. Excited to see how salons respond to this.

@imtiyazmohammed Hey Imtiyiaz, thanks for sharing your thoughts. And true, stylists should focus on clients rather than on phones.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
